South Shore Travel Clinics
Summit Health offers multiple travel clinic locations on the south shore. We offer services for Longueuil, Greenfield Park, Brossard and St Lambert travel clinics.
All of our travel clinics in the south shore are accredited yellow fever travel clinics. We offer all vaccines including travel vaccines such as typhoid and hepatitis and non-travel vaccines such as flu vaccination, shingles vaccine & HPV vaccine.
Services Available
Our South Shore travel clinics are easily accessible for patients in Brossard, Chambly & St-Constant. Our Greenfield Park Travel clinic is 10 minutes from Brossard if you travel by car. Our Longueuil location is conveniently located off the highway, both locations offer free parking.
Greenfield Park Travel Clinic
Travel By metro to the Greenfield Park Travel Health Clinic – From Montreal, you can take the orange line- 2 (Station Montmorency) – 4 stops to Berri-UQAM. Take the yellow line- 4 (Station Longueuil-Universite-De-Sherbrooke) -2 stops, get off at Longueuil-Universite-De-Sherbrooke. Walk for 2 mins to the terminus and take bus 4 (Boul Westley) 15 stops and then get off stop Boulevard Taschereau et blvd Mary. Walk for about 1 min and turn right onto Bd Churchill.
By bus to the Greenfield Park Travel Health Clinic – From Brossard (Terminus Panama) , take bus 54 for 11 mins (10 stops) get off at Boulevard Taschereau et Boulevard Churchill. Walk about 2 mins, southeast on Bd Taschereau/QC-134 E towards Bd Churchill. Lastly, turn right onto Bd Churchill.
By car to the Greenfield Park Travel Health Clinic – From Downtown Montreal, take the Jacques-Cartier Bridge. Keep right, to stay on QC-134 O (signs for Boulevard Taschereau). Turn right onto Bd Churchill, in 100 meters, the clinic will be on your right.
Longueuil Travel Clinic
Travel By metro to the Longueuil Travel Health Clinic– Take The Yellow Line 4 Towards Station Longueuil–Université-De-Sherbrooke, And Exit At Longueuil Station.
Travel By metro to the Longueuil Travel Health Clinic – The Longueil travel clinic can be reached by several bus routes.
Option 1: take bus 81 – towards Boulevard du Fort-St-Louis and get off at the Saint-Charles East and Geoffrion stop. Then take bus 76 – towards Secteur B of the Vieux-Longueuil borough and get off at the boul. Roland-Therrien and Chemin du Tremblay stop.
Option 2: Take bus 76 or 410 or 417 and get off at boul. Roland-Therrien and King-George.
