Cancellation Policy

In our effort to provide you with the best possible service, we do not double-book patients. This guarantees one on one time with our nurse. As a result, the following cancellation and rescheduling policy is in place in order to ensure all patients arrive on time and are seen in a timely manner.

No Show/ Cancellation policy

Cancellations for travel consultations made more than 48 hours before a scheduled appointment will be processed without a fee. A full refund will be issued and returned to the original method of payment within 5 days.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before an appointment will be subject to a fee of $35.
If Summit Health cancels an appointment, a new appointment will be scheduled without penalty

Reschedule Policy

Rescheduling more than 48 hours before a scheduled appointment will be processed without a penalty and can be done online or by calling 1-888-224-8809.

Rescheduling travel consultations less than 48 hours before an appointment start time will be subject to a fee of 20$.

Late Arrival Policy

Patients are asked to arrive at their appointments before their scheduled appointment time.
A grace period of 15 minutes will be permitted for unforeseen delays a patient may encounter while travelling to the clinic location for their appointment. If a patient arrives more than 15 minutes late for their appointment, the appointment will need to be rescheduled. The patient will be given the option to either be seen that day as a walk-in, if the schedule permits, or rescheduled for a later date (which is subject to the reschedule policy).
