PCR Testing

Receive an attestation of test results within 24-48 hours via email. The PCR test is the most widely accepted COVID test for international travel.

Before booking an appointment, patients must verify with the Government (Consulate/Embassy) of their destination to determine if a PCR Test complies with entry requirements.

We offer PCR tests for asymptomatic travellers.

  • The PCR test will be collected at the clinic and completed in a lab. Note that it will take between 24 and 48 hours to obtain the result, since the test is completed in a medical laboratory.

  • The appointment will be about 10 minutes, and you will receive the results certificate 24 – 48 hours later via email.

  • The cost is $195 (no consult/appointment fee). Check with your insurance to see if it’s covered, as the cost of COVID-19 testing is reimbursed by most benefits providers.

A Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) COVID-19 test is most widely accepted for traveller entry requirements. This molecular test uses (PCR)/nucleic acid amplification test (NAAT) technology to identify individuals potentially infected with SARS CoV-2 virus (COVID-19) at the time of testing. To take a sample for the PCR test, a swab is inserted into the nasal cavity (nose).
