Our team will guide you through what needs to be completed in order for a signed medical certificate to be issued. We will provide recommendations and required testing through both the private and public sector to give you options that are most convenient and cost effective for you and in the end provide you with a document which you can present as proof of immunization and TB testing to your healthcare organization.

FAQ

How Long Does It take To Be Issued Documentation?

A medical professional will review your request and documents. If all documentation is present documentation can be issued in as little as 72 hours. If documentation requires clarification or additional tests or vaccinations are required then the process can be substantially longer

Do You Accept Documentation From Other Countries?

Yes. We try our best to verify your existing documentation even if it originates from outside of Canada. If documentation is not clear to our team we will provide recommendations on additional testing or vaccinations from both the private and public sector

What If My Documents Are Not Accepted?

If your documents are not accepted by our medical team, we will work with you and provide recommendations for you to get retested or vaccinated as required. When new documents are provided we will then issue our medical certificate. Recommendations and requesting new documents is included in the price of the certificate

Do I Need To Get All Vaccinations And TB Tests With Summit Health

No. If you choose not to get vaccinated or TB tested with our team (for example you wish to use your family doctor) we will still verify the provided documents and issue documentation as required.

Do I Need To Pay For This Service If I Just Need A TB Test

No. All of our TB testing services include documentation of your results. This service is only for healthcare workers including nurses, security guards, cleaning staff and other who require formal documentation of their immunity status to MMR, Varicella & TB status

Yes, we are able to sign off on your hospital or healthcare organizations own format. When filling in the form please upload the document. If we are unable to complete the format requested we will issue a full refund to you
